If you’re looking to stay in Asheville this is the place for you... on a quiet street with off street parking. We loved the two porches to enjoy the outdoors. Comfy beds and seating plus large open kitchen for gatherings. Everything was provided for a very enjoyable stay. Location can’t be beat, blocks from Biltmore Estate. Just minutes away from downtown.

Little Shady Oak

In early February of 2018, we stayed at Annie & Emily’s rental house in central Asheville for a two night get away.  We were met by the two owners on our arrival and given a tour of this 3 bedroom 2 bath house.  It is a beautifully remodeled and updated bungalow located in the heart of the Biltmore Village area of Asheville.  The charm of its appointments made us immediately at home, and the location is perfect for anything we could think of to do in the exciting Asheville area.

...better stocked than my own home..

Annie and Emily have seen to every need and comfort.  The bathroom had more useful items in it than my personal bath at home.  There are security locks and an alarm system which made us feel perfectly safe when we left our belongings for a day of Asheville fun.  At home in the evening, we had a full kitchen at our disposal, which was, again, better stocked than my own home.

Sadly, we didn’t need the full laundry because we could only stay two days, but it was a comfort to know it was available.

We’re looking forward to our next Asheville get away  and look forward to coming home to Annie and Em’s.

It never felt like a rental...

It never felt like a rental. The space is so intentionally designed — both beautiful, relaxing, and functional for everyday life. I truly feel like Little Shady Oak was my own home for a short time.
